I will be running my first ultra, the Greenland 50K. I posted it here, on my other blog.

James: I've always been pretty active and some would probably argue hyperactive. But when I got to graduate school in Chicago, I started to take an interest in running and participating in events. After I returned to Colorado in 2000, I embraced physical activities like never before and living in Colorado is like heaven for active and competitive folks. I enjoy taking big challenges and have recently completed my first Ironman, first 50 mile ultra marathon, and first double Triple Bypass (a two day, 240 mile ride across the Rockies with 20,000 ft. of elevation gain). I am now looking to even greater challenges. In the winter, I am a member of ski patrol at Loveland Ski Area.
